We have an experienced product and NLP team from places like Google, Microsoft, Amazon Alexa, and Facebook. As the primary designer of our product team, you'll have an opportunity to make an outsized impact on our growing customer base.

Role and responsibilities

What you'll work on

• Design and maintain a scalable, reusable, and consistent component library for the Dashworks web app

• Work on UIX projects end-to-end (from user feedback to design, code changes, and deployment). We're a lean product team with an ambitious goal for 2023 to become the team with the highest shipping velocity 🚀 We try and do this by owning projects through their lifecycle and minimizing handoffs.

• Help with design for features, improvements, and fixes for projects owned by engineers

• As and when time permits, help with the design of marketing collateral

You qualify if you have

• 5+ years of experience in designing delightful, sticky, and viral SaaS applications

• Strong experience in wireframing, mapping user journeys, UX design, and UI design

• Familiarity with designing marketing collateral

• Experience with ReactJS or other JS frameworks and familiarity with development best practices

What we look for

• Deep interest in generative AI/NLP and its potential to change the way we work

• Familiarity with best practices, combined with the ability to think out of the box to design new experiences and UIX patterns that are enabled by new technology

• Intuitive grasp of how to design sticky and viral products

• Design process based on quick feedback and iterations

Interview process

We typically move through interviews very quickly for the right candidates. Here's an outline of the process:

1. 45-min chat with our CEO to learn about your background and interests, share more about the role, and discuss product, roadmap, company vision, and culture

2. [Async] Paid ~3hrs design project

3. 60-min presentation to 2-3 product team members

4. 30-minute chat with our CTO
