About the Role

We are seeking a talented Contract UI/UX Designer for a 2-3 month engagement, preferably full-time, based in the U.S. or Canada. This role will focus on enhancing our member experience, ensuring that our digital tools help members book the right spaces at the right time, seamlessly access our extensive network, and clearly understand the benefits and value of Industrious. You will work closely with our Senior UI/UX Designer, Product Managers, and Engineering team to refine our member portal and other digital products, ensuring they align with our brand’s high standards of functionality and aesthetic excellence.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design intuitive and engaging responsive web experiences for Industrious members.

• Translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Develop and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across digital products.

• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder input and business objectives.

• Ensure digital experiences align with Industrious’ premium brand identity and hospitality-driven mission.

• Create interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design intent effectively.

Who You Are

• A highly skilled UI/UX designer with 2-4+ years of experience designing customer-facing digital products, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.

• Expert in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design expertise.

• Experienced in collaborating with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Passionate about crafting high-quality, intuitive digital experiences that enhance user engagement.

• Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with responsive web design.

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.

• Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and inclusive design.

• Ability to prototype interactions in Figma.

Contract Details

• Duration: 2-3 months (preferably full-time)

• Location: Must be based in the U.S. or Canada

• Compensation: Competitive contract rate based on experience
