Crop.photo is reimagining how brands create on-brand, professional visuals at scale using AI. Our platform powers millions of product images and banners for global eCommerce, retail, and creative ops teams — including Lacoste, Urban Outfitters, and UEFA. Clean, modern, product-driven design is core to how we show up in the world.

We’re looking for a UI Visual Designer who can combine exceptional design quality with strong execution speed. This is a full-time freelance role (30–40 hours/week) — ideal for someone who wants ownership over the visual brand of a fast-moving B2B SaaS product and can deliver high-impact work quickly and consistently.

✨ What You’ll Do

  • Design conversion-focused visuals for web: homepage heroes, landing pages, banners, 1-pagers, and App Store graphics

  • Own full delivery of graphic assets for each marketing launch — often 6–7 graphics per use case

  • Collaborate with our Product Marketing Manager on page structure, content layout, and storytelling

  • Turn around full landing page visual sets (e.g., 12–15 graphics) within 2–3 days from a creative brief

  • Work with editors and animators to storyboard short motion pieces and demos

  • Maintain and evolve our visual system in Figma, ensuring consistency across every output

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • A portfolio that includes at least one B2B SaaS website or landing page

  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills

  • Fluency in Figma; Illustrator or Canva experience is a bonus

  • Fast, reliable turnaround — ability to deliver polished visuals on short timelines without sacrificing quality

  • Available during US Pacific working hours (4–5 hours overlap minimum)

  • Not juggling multiple large clients — this is a high-priority, high-ownership role

💵 Compensation & Details

  • $3,000–$4,000/month, depending on experience and hours

  • Full-time freelance (30–40 hours/week)

  • Remote — preference for candidates in LATAM, Eastern Europe
