At Hirebolt we are disrupting hospitality hiring by reducing the time it takes to hire staff from months to < 3 days.

Hiring staff is the biggest challenge for many of the 2M+ hospitality businesses in Europe. Covid and Brexit ceased the usual oversupply of candidates, making traditional job boards unable to meet employers' needs, and agencies more expensive than ever. As a consequence, employers spend huge amounts of time sourcing candidates manually and filtering through irrelevant CVs. Up to 80% of candidates who get invited to an interview, don't even show up.

At Hirebolt we eliminate all this work for employers, by finding actively-looking candidates, vetting them and automatically matching them to the best employers using AI. We schedule interviews and extend offers to candidates faster than humans can, giving employers time back to run their businesses.

To date, we’ve raised ~$1.5M from investors including Y Combinator, Entrepreneur First, world-class Venture Capital funds and industry leaders.

🎯 In a nutshell

We're looking for Field Sales Executives to help us grow Hirebolt’s community of London hospitality venues using our hiring product, and to maintain relationships with existing partners. The ultimate goal is to get as many venues excited about trialing our product and joining us on our journey!

🤟 What you'll be doing

  • You'll own the majority of the Sales Cycle with hospitality businesses (restaurants, cafes, bars, etc) – from first visit to trial onboarding
    • This will entail using our Sales Playbook to clearly communicate the value of Hirebolt to managers and decision-makers in-person (we started the company by doing this ourselves!), and to follow up with them until a decision has been made to trial
    • You'll identify the best businesses most likely to see success and value with our product, and be in charge of getting them set up for free trials
  • You'll be in charge of helping us refine our Sales Playbook for onboarding venues, so we can shorten the Sales Cycle at scale
  • You'll be the champion for business owner feedback – beyond our initial product, help us understand 1) What hiring problems hospitality businesses have and what they want, 2) How we can further develop our value proposition, and 3) How to remove barriers to adoption

🧑‍💻 You should apply if:

  • You're able to work in-person in London
  • 1+ year of experience as a Field Sales Executive/Representative – we're looking for people who have previously gone in-person to potential clients to sell
    • Prior experience in business development focused on F&B or brick & mortar businesses is a big plus
  • Willing to hustle and sell, comfortable with autonomy at work and receiving no's from prospective venues
    • We're looking for natural empathy and high EQ – not old-fashioned slick salespeople
  • Friendly, sociable, extroverted, and loves talking to strangers
  • Clear communicator who is extremely organised, self-motivated, and efficient at multi-tasking
  • Goal-oriented and metrics-driven, but still a team-player at heart
  • You resonate with our culture and values above!
  • Bonus:
    • Prior experience in hospitality
    • Timing flexibility to visit shops during their off-peak hours
