Job Description:

As a Senior PHP Developer at Calldrip, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our SaaS application. You will be responsible for developing scalable backend systems that support a growing portfolio of products. Your expertise in PHP and deep understanding of scalable systems will be essential in ensuring the performance and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using PHP.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Create and maintain integrations.
Identify and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues.
Contribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in PHP development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience with modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
Proficiency in database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Angular) is a plus.
Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
