Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Creative Marketing Specialist with expertise in digital illustration, packaging and print design. This role is essential for developing innovative and themed packaging designs for our "mystery" sport collectible items. You will create cohesive sub-brands under our main brand identity, generating original ideas and print-ready packaging designs. Additionally, you will maintain and enhance our brand's visual identity across digital platforms, including social media, web and print.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize original creative concepts for limited-edition collectible drops and campaigns

  • Develop and design themed concepts for limited-edition collectible drops.

  • Create compelling print-ready digital illustrations, packaging designs and print materials that resonate with our target audience.

  • Develop visually striking graphics for social media, web, ads, gifs, videos, and animations that maintain the brand's visual identity and drive engagement.

  • Utilize storytelling and copywriting skills to enhance brand messaging (experience in copywriting is a plus).

  • Manage and maintain the brand's visual identity across social media platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with the social media and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.

  • Provide creative direction and guidance for marketing materials, campaigns, and visual assets.

  • Create and maintain branding assets to uphold consistent brand standards.

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in the consumer products industry.

  • Expertise in branding, graphic design, illustration, and packaging.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

  • Experience in creating original designs that include vector illustrations.

  • Knowledge of print-ready documents and setup for production.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

  • A passion for consumer products / sports collectibles and an understanding of sports culture is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
