We’re hiring our first person sales rep at Greptile. We have been founder-led in our sales so far and seen success with that, looking to scale that up.

You would lead our enterprise/mid-market sales effort and work in-person at our office in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads
  • Establish initial customer contact
  • Drive early sales process stages
  • Work with co-founders on targeting and outreach strategies

Ownership:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Lead qualification and nurturing
  • Multi-channel sales outreach and follow-up
  • CRM management

Requirements:

  • Prior SDR experience, preferably in tech or B2B
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Technical aptitude and ability to articulate product value
  • Adaptability to new technologies and industry trends

Note: The compensation below is base pay, not including commission.

Greptile is building an AI expert on any codebase, available as an API so teams can easily build powerful internal AI dev tools.

Devs can point Greptile to any GitHub/Gitlab repo, Greptile indexes it (self-updates on new commits) and lets you query it in natural language. Greptile uses a codebase-optimized version of RAG which mimics how human developers navigate codebases, resulting in much higher performance than naive RAG.

  1. Ticket Enricher: adds codebase context to the the repo including specific file paths to look at.
