You’ll handle daily administrative support.

We’re hiring someone to support the CEO as his executive assistant.

  • Oversee travel coordination, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Assist with email inbox management, routing or responding to messages as appropriate.
  • Provide calendar and appointment management support to leadership, as needed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors, ensuring all systems, accounts, and equipment are properly provisioned and deactivated.
  • Conduct recruiting outreach, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Log recruiting activities and maintain accurate candidate records in tracking systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO for personal matters as needed, including coordination of travel, scheduling, errand, special requests, and other time-sensitive personal matters.
  • Do whatever else is needed.

Solo is fully remote, so this job is fully remote. Salary range $52,000 – $116,000. Bonuses are administered quarterly based on revenue growth. Equity range is 0.001% – 0.1%.

We’re looking for someone with these qualifications.

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or people support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management or HR systems.
  • Experience with corporate card platforms (e.g., Brex) and travel booking tools preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on collaboration and service.
