Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of eSports audiences.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts to enhance user interaction.

• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.

User Interface (UI) Design:

• Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Establish and maintain a consistent design language and style guide across all products.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends in the eSports industry.

Product Development Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design with product roadmaps and business goals.

• Participate in product strategy and brainstorming sessions to contribute design perspectives.

• Translate complex technical and business requirements into user-friendly design solutions.

Branding and Marketing Design:

• Assist in developing the company’s brand identity, including logo design, color schemes, and typography.

Prototyping and Concept Development:

• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers, if applicable, to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

• Continuously seek ways to improve the design process and deliver better user experiences.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct quality checks on designs before deployment, ensuring they meet both design and functional specifications.

Proficiency:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).

• Skilled in Figma for creating and managing design systems.

• Experience with prototyping tools like Sketch, InVision, and others.

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.

• Proficiency in building and enforcing design systems for consistency across products.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Classically trained in UI/UX design or illustration, with a solid portfolio demonstrating strong design skills.
