Our team has deep experience in fintech, real estate, and SEC law. We are a remote-friendly company and have employees globally in San Francisco, New York, Austin, Berlin, and Vancouver.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee and coordinate transactions from contract to close with co-buyers and sellers. Review purchase agreements, provide and file documentation and registrations, research and gather information to meet deadlines, and communicate with all parties to ensure transactions close successfully.
  • Onboard new properties into our internal systems and ensure all necessary documents are organized (ie. closing documents, mortgage payments, homeowners insurance, property tax, utilities).
  • Work closely with our third-party vendors such as property management, lending, insurance, home warranty, and HOA companies to: 1) deliver high-quality solutions to our users during the purchase and management process. 2) Effectively communicate and maintain strong working relationships. 3) Create workflows to manage and uncover areas of opportunity.
  • Maintain customer relationships, provide support for customer inquiries, and be the liaison between customers and third-party vendors.
  • Assist in creating workflows to increase efficiency for internal & external processes

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Real estate experience in any capacity (ie investing, flipping, transaction coordinating, lending, escrow, proptech)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business where accountability and getting the job done are critical to the organization's success.
  • Ability to drive multiple tasks with competing priorities, adapt to change, and take on new company initiatives with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and comprehension skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills – highly self-motivated and independent thinker
  • Passionate about Fractional's mission and empathize with our users and how they'll use our products.
