As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all aspects of the production of our kits and the fulfillment of orders
• Managing relationships with suppliers and print partners
• Identifying areas of improvement and working with the technical team to further scale processes
• Leading, scaling, and managing the production team here in Cincinnati

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience managing people
• A technical background is a plus or the ability to interface with our technical team
• An eye for design and high attention to detail
• Strong background in logistics and inventory management
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
