Garland, TX (Hybrid). Candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance to our Garland office and be able to be onsite regularly.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain Python services and automation for inventory tracking, order processing, ERP/WMS integrations, data pipelines, and internal APIs.
• Lead projects end-to-end (design, implementation, deployment, code review).
• Improve reliability, performance, and security in high-throughput systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues quickly and reduce repeat incidents.

Python powers our core automations, backend services, data pipelines, and integrations that move orders through high-volume fulfillment.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience, strong Python backend.
• Experience with FastAPI or Litestar, Pandas, SQLAlchemy, and relational DBs (MariaDB/PostgreSQL or similar).
• Track record building scalable systems for data-heavy or transaction-heavy workloads (e-commerce, inventory, distribution, supply chain a plus).
• Comfortable owning technical direction in small-to-mid teams.
• US citizenship required (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be local to DFW for reliable hybrid attendance.

Bonus

• AWS or Azure, message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka), ERP integrations, or supply-chain tooling.
