Your role

At TurboLayer our mission is to make banking more accessible and more trustworthy to help companies grow. We’re looking for an amazing Lead UI/UX designer who is passionate about helping other companies be financially successful. You will own design and collaborate heavily with product and engineering to deliver beautiful and useful products that make the world better. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of the world.

Responsibilities

• Own product design from mockups to launch

• Design simple, modern, and elegant UX flows that are easy to understand

• Understand UX requirements from talking to our customers and gathering user data

• Build high fidelity prototypes and do user testingWork with our phenomenal engineers to implement your designs

• Be the keeper of our design and brand and ensure brand consistency in everything we do

• Report directly to the CEO

Qualifications

• Passionate about design

• 2+ years of UI/UX experience

• 2+ years of experience in responsive web and mobile apps design

• Portfolio of launched products

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong background in branding and identity preferred
