You’ll be SDR #1. This hopefully doesn’t scare you as we’re looking for someone who loves a challenge and gets energy from shaping his or her role together with the CEO, with whom you’ll work closely together.
At first, you’ll be responsible for building the top of the funnel by building lead lists, creating messaging and doing cold outreach.
When that is going well, you’ll also become responsible for qualifying leads and engaging with prospects to make sure their needs fit our product features. You’ll also need to find out their intent to buy, their available budget and their key stakeholders for example.
We offer a base salary, but the majority of your earnings will be based on commission (and equity). When performance is great, you can expect your package to rise significantly.
