About the role

You’ll be SDR #1. This hopefully doesn’t scare you as we’re looking for someone who loves a challenge and gets energy from shaping his or her role together with the CEO, with whom you’ll work closely together.

At first, you’ll be responsible for building the top of the funnel by building lead lists, creating messaging and doing cold outreach.

When that is going well, you’ll also become responsible for qualifying leads and engaging with prospects to make sure their needs fit our product features. You’ll also need to find out their intent to buy, their available budget and their key stakeholders for example.

What we’re looking for

  • Empathy. For a large part, selling is listening and asking the right questions. You love getting to know prospects and their needs and pains.
  • Experience building a pipeline, finding leads and qualifying leads within a startup environment.
  • Structured and metrics-driven. You need to know your targets and performance. Next to this, you properly update your CRM.
  • Entrepreneurial. You’ll work in an early startup environment and must be able to identify gaps in our processes or product to enable you and the company to grow continuously.
  • Ability to self-reflect. Nobody is good at everything. That’s ok. However, we do expect you to be honest about your improvement points and be willing to learn.

What we offer to you

We offer a base salary, but the majority of your earnings will be based on commission (and equity). When performance is great, you can expect your package to rise significantly.
