About the role

We are looking for a full-time Forward Deployed Software Engineer to join our in-person team in our office in SoMa in SF.

Responsibilities include

• Onboard new customers.
• Design, deploy, and integrate technical solutions.
• Provide on-site support during deployments.
• Understand and address customer needs.
• Offer technical support for optimal product use.
• Quickly resolve technical issues to maintain system functionality.
• Collaborate on complex challenges with internal teams.
• Gather feedback for product enhancement.
• Maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven experience in technical deployment and support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and customer-centric mindset.
