We are looking for a full-time Forward Deployed Software Engineer to join our in-person team in our office in SoMa in SF.
- Onboard new customers.
- Design, deploy, and integrate technical solutions.
- Provide on-site support during deployments.
- Understand and address customer needs.
- Offer technical support for optimal product use.
- Quickly resolve technical issues to maintain system functionality.
- Collaborate on complex challenges with internal teams.
- Gather feedback for product enhancement.
- Maintain clear technical documentation.
- 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven experience in technical deployment and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and customer-centric mindset.
