Flexible Remote Opportunities for Art Directors

About The Role: Bond & Matter is looking for mid-level art directors with creative passion who thrive in a fast-paced environment (loving science does not hurt either!). Under the direction of our Creative Lead, you will support our design efforts collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver digital and print products for our pharma/biotech clients.

About You: You are creative, love a challenge and have a meticulous eye for detail. You are equally comfortable extending existing campaigns into new creatives or showcasing your design chops with fresh ideas. You love working with small, highly collaborative teams.

REQUIRED:  

·        Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related visual communication design field

·        1-3 years of experience at a creative agency or in-house brand team

·        Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (experience with Adobe XD and/or Figma is a plus!)

·        Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills

·        Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented

·        Residing in the US, available to work ET hours, minimum 6-hour overlap required

·        Contract-to-perm and freelance opportunities available

·        Experience with pharma/biotech (preferred) or other highly regulated industries

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·        Becomes familiar with brand guidelines, images, components, and overall brand identity

·        Works within existing brand guidelines and may serve as a subject-matter-expert for a client brand

·        Works within existing PowerPoint templates to create beautiful and legible presentations

·        Expertly manages personal workflow, schedules, and deadlines

·        Proofreads to ensure accurate and high-quality work

·        Maintains technical knowledge and stays up to date on marketing and design trends

·        Assists in designing and/or updating corporate communications, presentations, and marketing materials
