Role Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced UI/UX Designer and 3D Animator to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Figma, interaction design, and familiarity with the latest web frameworks. Additionally, experience in 3D animation using tools like Cinema 4D is a significant plus. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our games and web platforms.

Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design:

  • Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications using Figma.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect our brand and enhance user experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure design consistency and excellence.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and web frameworks to ensure our products are at the cutting edge of technology and design.

• Interaction Design:

  • Design engaging and seamless interactions that enhance the user journey and experience.

  • Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.

  • Ensure all interactions are accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance across different devices and platforms.

• 3D Animation:

  • Create high-quality 3D animations using Cinema 4D or similar software to bring our game concepts to life.

  • Develop animated assets for use in our games, including characters, environments, and special effects.

  • Work closely with the game development team to integrate 3D assets into the game engine, ensuring smooth performance and visual fidelity.

  • Innovate and push the boundaries of what’s possible in 3D animation within the context of our game environments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and experience creating interactive prototypes.

• Familiarity with the latest web frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

• Expertise in 3D animation with proficiency in Cinema 4D or similar 3D software.

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Passion for gaming and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the gaming industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps).

• Experience in the gaming industry or working on game design projects.

• Familiarity with Material Design and other design systems.
