We are looking for a Video Production Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team and enrich our YouTube Channel with new video posts, community posts and guides as required. You will work on delivering hassle-free healthcare information to millions of users for a first-of-its-kind telehealth + e-commerce platform. Your role will be a vital step in building on our fun and inclusive team. You will be delivering quality content that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage to make engaging and cohesive videos that align with the company's brand and vision
• Implement creative editing techniques to enhance the visual and emotional impact of videos
• Design and make enticing motion graphics for video deliverables
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure the storyline is clear, engaging, and meets the objectives of the project
• Collaborate with the design team to integrate branding and other design elements seamlessly into videos
• Enhance video and audio quality using advanced post-production tools and techniques
• Ensure synchronization of audio and video, colour correction, and final rendering for various platforms
• Working with the camera handling team to determine all aspects of shots (selecting, assembling and positioning equipment)
• Providing practical and creative input to scene planning
• Submit work to approving authority for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams
• Ensure all-round consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Production Specialist, Video Editor or similar role
• Thorough experience with using video-related tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Filmora, and Photoshop/Illustrator
• Familiarity with web & YouTube publications
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio is preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines
