We are looking for: Head of Finance

Pulppo has the great challenge of being a technological partner of a low-tech market!

As Head of Finance you will be responsible for creating and managing Pulppo's P&L, creating structures for budgeting and reporting and establishing goals for all teams and ensuring that they are met. You will be a key part of the executive team as you will make sure that Pulppo stays on track with Runway and Revenue. You will also work directly with the founders to create all documentation to have the best Data Room out there to get us ready for our Series A funding (and the following ones)

About the person we are looking for, please make sure you meet the requirements. We will only consider candidates that do. You are (or have):

• The owner of the P&L, forecast, budget and payments.
• You have experience setting objetives, reporting results vs. objetives to ensure payments, bonuses, etc are reported and paid effectively.
• A metric driven leader that creates stuctures, objectives and value props bases on information and testing.
• Someone who likes to go out and get stuff done. We are looking for someone that has a clear understanding of what a P&L and all its components looks like and has the ability to put it together without outside help.
• Experience working with VCs, data rooms, etc. is a huge plus.
• Ideally you've worked in a proptech/real estate environment and understand how Real Estate brokerages work.
• Experience working at a startup (if it's in the company's early days, even better).
• Experience working in the early days of a team that grew and went from being an unstruct
• Experience working with multiple systems such as Intercom, Hubspot, Retool, Zapier and and similar tools.

Salary: The role offers a base salary (small), a commission based on team results and stock options.
