About the role: We are looking for a highly capable Technical Architect to design, develop, deploy and optimize our system and mobile based application performance. You will be collaborating with our founders, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), technical lead, Product Manager and integrating data storage and protection solutions. As a Technical Architect, you should possess extensive knowledge of technical architecture and programming / frameworks such as Node.js, serverless microservices and experience with solution providers such as AWS. An accomplished architect will be someone whose expertise results in fast, stable, and secure exchange of data between servers and end-users.

What makes you a great fit: ● Ability to design highly scalable, highly available distributed systems using strong software architecture. ● Bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions. Finding the best technical solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems. ● Strong expertise in microservice architectures with careful focus on inter and intra service communication and lifecycle optimisation. ● Ability to craft case specific solution stacks based on product or feature requirements. ● Through and through understanding and hands-on experience with major AWS services including CFT, Fargate, Lambdas, SQS, SNS, and so on. ● Exceptional expertise in NoSQL databases such as MongoDb/DynamoDb/Firestore and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL. This includes effective data partitioning strategies, optimisation, and clean database modelling. ● Careful focus on system security - rule based or policy based invocations, seeking vulnerabilities and potential exposures and ensuring best security standards. ● Good experience with setting up performance monitoring and cost optimisation strategies on the cloud. ● Preferred experience with Typescript, and use of frameworks such as serverless.
