As a Senior Product Designer at Haiper, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user interface of our products. You will work closely with our teams of designers, engineers, and product/project managers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that amuse our users and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions

• Create visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance user experience and brand identity

• Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs and improve usability

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our design processes and output

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organisation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Extensive experience in Figma is a must

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

• Experience designing for web, mobile, and other digital platforms

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
