The Opportunity

If you’re a driven individual looking for a high-growth and high-impact position, Range is your perfect team. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our CEO and Head of Growth and collaborate with the rest of our world-class team to bring Range to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Source prospects and drive pipeline generation.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team’s efforts in achieving revenue targets.
  • Set target roadmaps to establish key accounts and outbound initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities and potential prospects.
  • Work closely with our Head of Growth and CEO to research and prioritize prospects.
  • Oversee and optimize our CRM system to effectively track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare internal and partner corporate documents, such as business decks.
  • Be active on social media and governance forums, and stay up-to-date with the industry’s latest trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience and a track record of success in a sales or account management position, with a heavy emphasis on pipeline generation in the blockchain and/or fintech industry.
  • Existing network in the crypto industry, from previous jobs or community participation.
  • Full business proficiency in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Hunter mindset. You are motivated to develop meaningful client relationships, obsess over prospect needs, and meet new contacts daily.
  • Results-oriented with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Based in Europe or the US East Coast.

Nice to haves

  • Crypto native with an extensive understanding of the DeFi ecosystem.
  • Community participation in the Solana or Cosmos ecosystems.
  • Experience with DAO governance and governance forums.
  • Ability to occasionally help with marketing responsibilities and develop/implement marketing strategies.
  • Technical background and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
