About Staking Rewards

At Staking Rewards, we are on a mission to empower individuals and communities in the crypto space with agency and control over their income. As part of our strategy to achieve this mission, we are building an innovative platform to facilitate passive income through staking. Our global team of 20+ remote members works collaboratively, driven by the core narrative of agency - the idea that everyone should have the power to make informed financial decisions and become financially independent. We prioritize transparency, reduce entry barriers, and aim to make staking easy and accessible to all. This Role is fully remote but limited to WEST +/- 3. Our Expectations for the Role As the Strategic Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead the growth of our product suite, including the Verified Staking Provider Program, Staking Data API, Staking Summit, and Asset Integrations.

• Well-versed or passionate about Stakingrewards.com

• Strong technical background preferred

• Experience in Crypto Research (Ethereum, DeFi, or Staking) or very strong affinity

• Excellent communication skills in fluent English

• Residing in Lisbon considered a significant advantage

• Seeking a settled individual committed to remaining with us for 3-4 years or more

Your Responsibilities

• Drive strategic business development initiatives

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with foundations and protocols

• Engage in strategic outreach and networking activities

• Take ownership of revenue targets and implement strategies to achieve them

• Provide actionable customer and market insights to inform product and engineering decisions

• Optimize both value creation and value capture within the business

• Perform account management duties to ensure client satisfaction and retention
