About Pirros

Pirros is the Github for construction design. We are selling to the construction design industry (architects and structural engineers) where both the founders came from (both were structural engineers in LA previously). We were in the YC W23 batch and raised our seed round in early April. We are building out our team to scale up our business and further establish ourselves as the number one solution for detail management in the construction design space.

Job Overview

We're looking for an Account Executive to join our team in LA. We are seeing early signs of product market fit and have developed a repeatable sales process. Currently, sales is done by the founders, but we have our first Account Executive joining in September. You would be joining as the second Account Executive (or first depending on when you start), and the 2nd/3rd full time employee. You will work directly with the founders to close new deals and optimize the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Both lead generation and sales responsibilities
• Generate leads through warm emails, automated email campaigns, and cold calling
• Conducting demo, follow up, and sales meetings to close deals
• Business development and sales strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Desire to work at an early stage startup
• Good listener, resilient, and a bias towards action

Bonus

• Experience / background in the architectural, structural engineering, or construction space
