Employment condition

The UX/UI & Graphic Designer position is a 3 month contract term with the potential to transition to full-time engagement. DIBA is a fully remote team that works from many time zones with employees based in San Francisco, Denver, London, Barcelona, and Bali.

Overview

As a UX/UI and graphic designer, you'll create visually stunning and user-friendly designs for our digital products. Your focus will be on understanding our users and their needs to design intuitive interfaces. You'll work with our development team to ensure the final product is functional and visually appealing. As a graphic designer, you'll create visual elements that capture our brand and make our products stand out. You'll work on everything from logos to event banners graphics to ensure brand consistency. Overall, you'll play a key role in helping our startup create innovative user-centered digital products that are visually stunning and easy to use.

DIBA is a multi-product bitcoin company. We are building the infrastructure to bring the best of web3 directly to the bitcoin blockchain and the lightning network. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop ideas, concepts, crafting, designing, building, and testing experiences to build engaging experiences for users

• Work closely with creative, design, product, and development teams to produce modern solutions

• Working on new forms of interaction using NFTs, UDAs, and Web3 technology

• Help understand and adapt online properties to optimize the user flow

• Build layouts, page elements, and forms

• Work with a strategic and design focused mindset about user goals

• Create images, logos, banners, infographics and marketing materials as needed

• Ability to create functional design is a MUST

Job Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a graphic designer

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Web3 UX/UI designer

• Experience of working with Figma

• Experience in working at an agency or in a tech-focused, product-driven environment is preferred

• Deep understanding of design and its elements of hierarchy, layout, color, proportion, balance

• Must possess a love of digital platforms and their capabilities as an interactive medium

• Should have an existing portfolio demonstrating expertise using engaging site work, design systems, or anything else

• Must be able to work in a cross-discipline team in a remote environment

• Must possess hands-on experience in working on front-end web design/development experience

• Well-versed in blockchain and web3 development.

• Excellent English communication skills

Bonus Skills:

• Expertise in working with technologies like HTML5, CSS front-end, web frameworks

• A bitcoiner or knowledgeable about the bitcoin technology
