  • Lead and manage a team of engineers in developing and delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Guide cross-functional and distributed teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring, and skill development within the engineering team.
  • Establish and articulate clear and achievable objectives for the engineering team, ensuring alignment with overall organizational targets.
  • Support your team and ensure they are aligned, performant, fulfilled and continuously develop both technically and personally via One on Ones
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the engineering team
  • Take active part in interviewing and hiring engineers from diverse backgrounds for your own and other teams
  • Share your knowledge, develop expertise in our product and grow with your team to become an even greater engineering manager.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering
  • Basic knowledge in one or more of the following fields: Nodejs,Reactjs,SQL,Kuberentes,graphql,Docker,gRpc,Pubsub
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing technical talent.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
