This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Finance Working Student who wants to receive a solid overview of the accounting processes that are the foundations of a Finance Department in the esports field. Job requirements What you will do

• Preparatory bookkeeping in spreadsheets and accounting tools, support posting in the accounting systems
• Dealing with incoming invoices and considering correct approval processes
• Dealing with credit card transactions: recording and processing
• Supporting reconciliation and other financial transactions
• Processing travel costs and expenses for reimbursement
• Storing and archiving documents
• Supporting the Finance Team with projects and research on future processes
• Providing ongoing support to colleagues and external accountants

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled for a Bachelors / Masters degree relevant to finance, business administration, economics or related
• Ideally some knowledge of German tax laws and German accounting standards (HGB)
• Experience working with spreadsheets and accounting systems is highly appreciated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Proficiency in Google Sheets is a nice-to-have
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
