About Twinstake

Twinstake is a non-custodial institutional grade staking as a service provider. Twinstake operates validators across a wide range of Proof-of-Stake protocols and allows institutional clients to delegate their assets using their preferred custodians to collect staking rewards. Twinstake charges a commission on the staking rewards for operating the validators and providing analytics and reporting.

About the role

As an Operations Analyst at Twinstake, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our business operations, with a primary focus on financial and business analysis, operational processes, and business workflows as well as onboarding procedures.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that contribute to our growth and success in the crypto market. You will also take the lead in executing some of these action points to delivery and advocate for constant improvement to enable the business to operate seamlessly.

What you’re good at:

Financial Analysis:

• Evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders and support decision-making processes

Business Analysis:

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and initiatives that drive growth and efficiency
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decision-making

Operations Support:

• Provide generalist support across various operational functions, including but not limited to project management, process optimization, and workflow automation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
• Assist in conducting research and analysis on crypto-related projects and initiatives, and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or operations roles, preferably in a startup or consultancy
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for learning and a strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
