Summary
The Product Designer is a key contributor to Resurgent’s digital presence, responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging, and highly functional user experiences across Resurgent’s in-house products. This role will report to the Senior Director of Digital Experience and will primarily focus on enhancing the customer-facing portal, optimizing flows for clarity, usability, and conversion while ensuring alignment with Resurgent’s brand identity, tone, and customer-centric philosophy. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and produce thoughtful designs, interactive prototypes, and UX research insights to guide decision-making. This employee will also serve as a design sounding board for in-house product development, providing mockups and strategic design recommendations that support business goals and strengthen the alignment between the customer and agent experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces for Resurgent’s digital products, with an emphasis on clarity, usability, accessibility, and conversions.
Create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to support customer and agent experiences.
Partner with Digital Strategy, Business Solutions, and Operations to design. end‑to‑end user flows that align business goals with customer/agent needs.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
Translate research and behavioral insights into actionable design recommendations.
Serve as a design thought partner for in‑house product development by providing mockups, concept exploration, and strategic guidance for new tools, features, and enhancements.
Advocate for customer and agent alignment by ensuring all product designs reflect approved terminology, brand tone principles, and communication standards across Resurgent products.
Deliver pixel‑perfect, production‑ready assets with clear documentation.
Maintain organized design files, libraries, and documentation to support efficient collaboration and scalable workflows.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX or Product Design (web, software, or digital product environments).
3-5 years of experience in Figma required.
A portfolio showcasing strong visual design, thoughtful interaction patterns, and end-to-end design rationale.
Demonstrated ability to create experiences that are clean, accessible, and optimized for conversion and usability.
Strong understanding of responsive design and interaction patterns.
Working knowledge of HTML & CSS and how front-end code influences practical design implementation.
Experience conducting or leveraging UX research to guide design decisions.
Ability to translate complex business goals into intuitive customer-facing flows.
Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in seeking clarity and advancing projects.
Familiarity with brand governance, compliance considerations, and customer-centered communication guidelines.
Educational Requirements
Four-year college degree in UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
