We're looking to meet senior UX/UI designers for several upcoming projects with our firm. We have an incredible senior designer on the team but our workload is growing and we need more help! :)

About Us:

We're a digital agency based in Canada with team members in Canada, Europe and the US. We build websites, run digital marketing campaigns and consult on digital strategy for clients primarily in the not-for-profit sector. You can learn more about us here.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design process from start to finish.

• Work with product managers and developers to create thoughtful user experiences.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-quality visual designs. 

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a solid portfolio.

• Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Sketch is our preferred tool.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability.

• Great visual design skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and being a great colleague and decent human being.

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a bonus.

• We always start with a project or two on a retainer basis to make sure things are a fit for us both. After that, we're open to a more formal arrangement if you are too, but are also happy to work with freelancers and small design teams on an ongoing basis.
