Your role:

We are seeking an Operations Intern to successfully manage and execute the many business functions that it takes to run a rapidly-growing company. This includes but is not limited to setting up financial and operating metrics for multiple parts of the business, kitchen ops, enhancing customer experience and building the operating playbook that enables the company to scale to multiple geographies.

As an early member of the team, you will have significant autonomy and will be involved in key day-to-day decision making. You will be exposed to every facet of the business, work with all team members and have the ability to define this role. If you are passionate about building the playbook that enables restaurant expansion at scale, this is the right role for you.

Requirements:
