• work in a cross-functional agile team on the front-end of our therapy platform, which is one of the leading digital applications for guided and unguided treatment for mental health
• use state-of-the-art technologies and in turn, be expected to deliver a stellar user experience
• play a key role in the company's core strategy and you are responsible for our overall success
• are responsible for writing high quality code, performing code reviews and having technical discussions

• have at least 5 years of experience in developing web applications with React or Vue.js
• are experienced in using a second frontend framework like Vue.js, React, Angular, etc.
• have extensive experience with HTML5/SASS & Typescript as well as test-driven development.
• have very good knowledge of Git, development workflow automation and CI.  Continuous Delivery is in our DNA
• have basic experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Heroku. Azure is a plus
• have an appreciation for great user experience as much as for awesome tech architecture
• are great at communicating with people, motivating everyone, and getting the whole team on the same page
• speak fluent English, German is a plus
