SAP GOOD ENERGY is one of the UK's fastest-growing endurance nutrition brands - built on two real ingredients, sold out three times, and scaling fast. We produce a high volume of content every week across paid ads, email, events and physical products. We need someone who can keep up.

About the role

You'll work closely with our Head of Brand and Head of Growth to turn brand assets into commercial output - ad templates, email visuals, event posters, packaging, merch. We have a large brand library and a clear visual identity. Your job is to build from it, version it, and make it usable across the team. This isn't a role for someone who wants to redesign the brand. It's for someone who wants to produce great work at volume, learn what performs commercially, and grow inside a brand that's moving fast.

What you'll do

  • Produce weekly ad assets for Meta and Google - static, video, carousel

  • Design email visuals for Klaviyo campaigns and flows

  • Build templates that the wider team can version without breaking the brand

  • Design event posters, physical print, and merchandise

  • Create packaging that's on-brand and production-ready

  • Manage files and components in Figma

What we're looking for

  • 0–2 years in a design role, ideally in a consumer or lifestyle brand

  • Figma fluency - you're comfortable inside shared systems and component libraries

  • Strong eye for layout, type, and colour - especially at small formats (ads, emails)

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Video editing and basic motion (After Effects, CapCut, or similar)

  • Print-ready file prep and experience working with external suppliers

How we hire

If it looks like a fit, we'll send you a case:

  • Access to our brand library and current ads - build 1-2 templates (pain ad, bundle ad)

  • Access to our Klaviyo emails - build a new template

Salary & location

£15,000–20,000 (yearly) part-time, with a clear path to full-time. Remote-first - London preferred but not required.
