About the Role

As our first Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in aligning and optimizing our sales and marketing processes, systems, and data to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure that our revenue operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our overall revenue strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technology Management:
    • Manage and optimize revenue automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Nav, Gong, etc..) 
    • Implement and maintain integrations between marketing systems and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Ensure data integrity across multiple different systems and manage the migrations from initial technology stack to more robust systems over time.
  2. Lead Management & Nurturing:
    • Design and implement lead scoring and nurturing programs.
    • Ensure timely and accurate lead handoff between marketing and sales.
    • Monitor and improve lead conversion rates throughout the funnel.
  3. Process Optimization & Documentation:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations.
    • Train and support sales team members on best practices and system usage.
  4. Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights and data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
    • Participate in regular revenue team meetings to provide updates and insights on marketing operations.
    • Support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed.

About You

We're looking for employees who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Ops or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Revenue automation platforms (Salesloft, Sengrid, Gong, SalesNav) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience working within a high growth - early stage environment. 
  • Have built out automation flows within a revenue software stack
