A React expert with strong design skills, who thrives in roles that demand versatility and embraces diverse responsibilities. Not only are they willing and able to take the lead in shaping the company's design direction, but they also enjoy collaboration with design counterparts to discern effective strategies through user interviews.

Job Description:

You will play a crucial part in creating functional and visually appealing features that cater to our customers, contributing significantly to the expansion of Oneleet. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with our founders, working collectively to address customer needs and solve user problems. As a member of our development team, you will ensure that designs are realized to their fullest potential in the final product. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create both functional and appealing features that address our customer’s needs and help us grow
• Collaborate with the founders and stakeholders across the company to solve customer problems
• Create a sleek and professional website that aligns with our brand and goals
• Ensure that our design language is consistent, visually appealing, and industry-relevant
• Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web applications
• Design web experiences that are simple and intuitive for the end user
• Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing and production
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes
• Design and deliver graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience as a front-end developer.
• 1+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer (bonus points for experience working on production of B2B applications)
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-growing startup environment
• Expert knowledge of React and Typescript
• Proven understanding of end-to-end design process, including research, prototyping and post-release validation
• Proficiency with Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools)
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Highly motivated, proactive, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively
