• 4+ years of Flutter experience

• 5+ yers of engineering experience

• We seek someone with experience in multiple languages, but who can be a domain-area expert for Flutter specifically

• Nice to have:

• iOS development experience

• Rust experience

• Experience with messaging software

• Experience working in open source projects

• Experience in web3 development

Responsibilities:

• Ability and willingness to make contributions across our stack

• Jump in and assist our current team with high-priority work, help unblock peers quickly

• Contribute to discussions/decisions affecting the XMTP platform as a whole

• Partner with peers more experienced in other languages & interested in leveling up their Flutter skills
