Givebutter is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Product team to transform feature requirements into user-friendly designs that reflect our brand's unique design language and systems. Your contributions will shape the experience for both fundraisers and donors, ensuring a buttery smooth journey throughout. As part of the Design team, you’ll continuously refine, document, and improve our design system; while partnering with Engineering to bring your designs to life on our platform. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to plan and execute on the product roadmap
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and product requirements
Work closely with the Product and Design teams to manage and improve our product design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design and implementation process
Perform design reviews on front-end changes to ensure they match designs and meet our product design standards
Continuously iterate and improve existing designs based on user feedback or product trends
Present designs to stakeholders, such as Customer Experience and Engineering, and actively engage in constructive feedback sessions
Requirements
4+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing launched web applications
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Proficiency in Figma is a must
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, including mobile-first design and accessibility standards
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality pixel pixel-perfect designs
Proficient understanding of interaction patterns for both desktop and mobile web applications
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
