Chariot is a mission-driven organization aiming to get more dollars into the hands of nonprofits around the world. Our first product offering is a payment network that enables nonprofits to easily accept donations from Donor Advised Funds (DAFs). DAFs hold $234B+ in charitable assets and are the fastest-growing vehicle in philanthropy. However, millions of DAF users are stuck behind archaic login portals, emails, or even phone calls to make a donation.
Chariot is in a very exciting position for a ‘5-person’ startup and has already significantly de-risked the market. In our first 3 months of being live, we have integrated 60% of the $234B DAF market, secured contracts from 7 large fundraising platforms that collectively process $2B+ in donations for nonprofits, and have been growing our # of nonprofits by 30% MoM without a sales team. We have enterprise nonprofits like Susan G Komen, CDC Foundation, and PETA already signed up with Chariot. Additionally, we are currently negotiating with 27 other fundraising platforms. We’re looking for a Head of Growth, to further scale our partnerships work, as the critical channel that fuels Chariot’s growth. Your time will be spent rapidly growing the number and size of our partnerships with both nonprofits, fundraising platforms, and DAFs. You’ll help set the goals and overall strategy for our B2B growth work with our executive team, and build out/lead the growth, sales, and partnership division of Chariot. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Product, Marketing, and Operations leaders to further define new products and offerings that are compelling to new potential partners.
