What you’ll do
You’ll be a Player/Coach, showing the team how it is done.
You’ll carry a quota and lean in where needed to give the rest of the team assistance. Own the sales metrics and use data to drive adoption, growth, upsell, and retention.
Assist in building the sales process and mechanisms needed for an efficient sales cycle Be the called upon closer, to get deals to and across the finish line.
Report on pipeline-building metrics and forecast pipeline to team leadership
Own the management of the team by supporting SDRs and AEs to maximize their time and opportunities
Build an outbound sales pipeline and assist with the up skilling of the team to effectively sell products and services
Work with marketing and sales operations to ensure thorough follow up of inbound leads
What you’ll need
5+ years of subscription based sales experience
2+ years in a sales management role
Familiarity with building sales teams and processes
Strong background in per-user based pricing models Excellent coaching and management skills
Data-driven approach to appropriately forecast deals
Track record of carrying and exceeding quota
Strong understanding of sales best practices, such as cadence, cold-calling, objection handling, and pipeline development activities
- L** ow-code/no-code platform sales experience is a strong asset**

This position offers a competitive salary that is based on a combination of factors including location. The salary range for this role in San Francisco is between an OTE of $300,000 and $400,000 per year and will be based on qualifications and skills. If the successful candidate is located in a different location or country, the salary may vary based on the cost of living, currency and other local factors. We are open to discussing salary with candidates who are interested in the role and may be willing to negotiate based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
