We value fresh ideas and innovation and are looking for a talented graphic designer who has outstanding project management and people skills to join our communications team. Is this you? If so, you'll work between 20 and 25 hours a week, working closely with another graphic designer and the director of communications.

We would love to find someone in the Tampa Bay area who is able to join us in the office a few days a week, but are open to a fully remote scenario for the right person. Strong preference for those in EST - U.S. east coast.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with print production

• Excellent design skills

• Excellent project management skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative suite, particularly InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop

• Proficiency with Basecamp or similar project management software

• Understanding of design specs and digital files.

• Flexibility, responsiveness, kindness

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, or a related field

• 5-10 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within an advertising agency or similar environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, art direction, and concept development
