Requirements:
3+ years shipping Python-based products in production
Strong fundamentals in neural networks and transformer architectures
Demonstrated experience building with and deploying (V)LMs
Bonus: Backend development (FastAPI), agentic systems experience, AI-assisted development workflows(an expert Cursor/Windsurf/Whatever AI-assisted IDE user)
