What We’re Looking For

To help us achieve our mission we’re looking for a Backend Software engineer. We are product-obsessed. Everything we create needs to be better than any existing version of it on the market - and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that standard is upheld.

✔️ You have a Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering.

✔️ Passion for solving complex technical challenges and designing scalable software solutions. You understand technical tradeoffs and make pragmatic decisions.

✔️ Experience building AI-driven applications (e.g. prompt engineering and/or fine-tuning experience are a plus).

✔️ A growth mindset - eager to learn, experiment, and expand your knowledge.

What You’ll Do

✔️ You'll be focused on back-end development of our recruitment platform, working mainly with Typescript and Node.js.

✔️ You’ll work on core product features and Backend code improvements, ensuring all systems can support the growth of our customer base.

✔️ Take part in product refinement, brainstorming, prioritization sessions and impact both WHAT and HOW we build.

✔️ Work in a supportive, open, and fast-moving environment where you can learn and grow quickly.
