Snaplistings is looking for a creative, well-rounded human to join the squad as a Motion, Digital & Print Designer. We're a tight-knit, growing team in need of someone who brings a unique combination of proven design skills and a keen eye for digital marketing aesthetics. You'll be working with our team of scrappy upstarts handling everything from web design and advertising creative to animation and physical signage.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Landing page and web design built for lead generation and conversion

• Production of various digital and printed marketing collateral, including digital ad campaigns, assets for websites, graphic design for icons and more

• Create concepts, sketches, layouts, and final designs for a wide variety of design projects across digital, print, offline, packaging and stores

• Graphic design for weekly digital assets like Email Marketing, Social Media, and Performance Marketing Ads

• Contribute new ideas and execute on assigned tasks as part of the Design Team, under the direction of the Art Director

• Adhere to brand guidelines and project deadlines while retouching, manipulating and optimizing images.

• Work closely with the account management team to meet and exceed client expectations

Who You Are:

• 1-3 years experience in a design role

• Online portfolio that demonstrates a strong mix of design work and understanding of brand design

• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma

• Live and breathe motion design

• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, composition, color, and other design fundamentals.

• Driven, creative problem solver that consistently acts with integrity and speaks up

• Owner’s mindset, with the ability to approach feedback and problems with a positive attitude

• Signage experience a plus

• Strong Web, Email, and Landing Page experience is a huge plus

• Ability to design across multiple projects, channels, and platforms at a fast pace
