Role

Currently the sales is founder-led and we are looking to hire our first Client Partner to take our sales to the next level.

Responsibility

  • Product Demos:

    • Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' specific needs and challenges.
  • Understanding Client Requirements

    • Collaborate closely with the SDR team to understand client needs identified during the prospecting phase.
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis discussions with potential clients to deeply understand their challenges and goals.
    • Translate client requirements into customized solutions, addressing pain points effectively during presentations
  • Deal Negotiation and Closure

    • Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure new business deals.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling and relationship-building.
  • Client Relationship Management

    • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients by deeply understanding their business goals and objectives.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for upselling, and promptly address concerns.
  • Market Feedback and Collaboration

    • Gather market feedback during client interactions and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance
  • Market intelligence

    • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and partners
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market

Requirements

  • Strong consultative selling skills, ability to understand client pain points, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the SaaS industry, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Sound knowledge on solution selling in the technology or product domain
