Job description

Vice President, Content Production, The Burson Group LLC, New York, NY. Create and execute high impact content across various media channels. Utilize cutting-edge tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender to produce high-quality animations and motion graphics. Implement training programs in the latest software, production techniques, and content trends for the team. Create strategic storyboards, scripts, and content plans in collaboration with internal teams and clients. Lead the production of external marketing campaigns by leveraging the latest trends in social media, digital platforms, and interactive content into creative strategies. Manage full-scale video and production studio, large-scale productions, including multi-camera setups, live streaming, and post-production. Explore and integrate the latest advancements in video editing and design software, as well as emerging interactive media formats. Develop presentations, newsletters, and video content to facilitate internal communications initiatives. Produce high-quality and creative outputs for new business pitches.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $139,630.00/Year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Film and Television, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:

• Video production, graphic design, animation, photography, and creative direction;
• Utilizing video production tools: After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender;
• Using professional camera equipment: Sony, Arri, and RED;
• Video editing software: Premiere Pro, DaVinci, and Final Cut;
• Creating impactful designs and presentations using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• Applying CMYK, PANTONE, and RAL print processes to ensure precise color matching for print materials;
• Multi-camera setups, live streaming, and content editing for digital, social, and broadband platforms;
• Managing large-scale productions across various media channels, with a focus on corporate strategy, PR, and marketing; and
• Producing branded video content, social media assets, and designs for digital and print.

Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.

Up to 5% regional and domestic travel required.
