Ascen is hiring an Account Executive to continue our fast growth. The position is 100% remote.

About the Role

The Account Executive role is pivotal in identifying, fostering, and securing new business within the staffing industry. A focus on monitoring lead metrics/potential partners is essential to building a robust lead funnel, orchestrating impactful client pitches, showcasing product capabilities, and expertly navigating to successful deal close. The Account Executive plays a key role in ensuring collaboration internally, paving the way for top-grade client service and satisfaction, notably during the shift from close to onboarding

In the role of Account Executive, your day might involve:

  • Upholding a fast-paced sales cadence (reaching out to potential leads, assessing potential partners, organizing exploratory conversations, and live product demos)
  • Building connections with important customer stakeholders
  • Overseeing a segment of designated partners located in zones pivotal to our growth ambitions
