ROLE**  **

As a Senior Product Manager at Shef, you will own the roadmap and feature definition for high impact projects spanning multiple teams and stakeholders. You will be one of the founding members of our burgeoning product team and help develop an inclusive and creative product culture. You will work alongside the most talented group of engineers, product designers and cross functional partners. You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from vision, ideation, to research, and iterative improvements, working at both a strategic and tactical level to create products that our customers or shefs love. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the expert on customers. Know the performance of your space intimately. Uncover new trends in data and learnings from customers.
• Be the expert on the business. Understand the economics of the product area you work in and the levers we have for pushing the business forward. Never underestimate innovation in this area.
• Be cross functional glue. Organize and manage a diverse set of stakeholders across the company.
• Drive product strategy and long term vision. Take what you've learned and develop a cohesive strategy you can champion.
• Be the voice of the customer. When push comes to shove, remind everyone why we are here. We seek to serve.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years in Product Management at a technology company
• You are an excellent communicator. You can clearly articulate your beliefs and can win over a room with your vision. You lean towards transparency and keep everyone in sync.
• You have the ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build’)
• You grow excited at the thought of writing a SQL script or calling up a customer you've never met: each situation provides the opportunity to learn something new.
• You have a passion for improvement. You are constantly looking for ways to level up your team and your own skills and processes.
• You are extremely curious and have strong attention to detail
