We are looking for a driven, financially-minded corporate athlete to join our team. You will take on compliance, project management, and general people operations for the company.

About you: You’ve got a keen eye for detail and an interest in learning all areas of a start-up You are type A and thrive in bringing order to organizations You live by self-imposed deadlines You want to wear many hats and say “let me figure it out” by default rather than “it’s not possible” You have knowledge of financial compliance including sales tax You have experience in accounting and/or startup operations You have worked with software tools such as: Gusto, Lattice, etc. Bonus points- You have experience working with international hiring-related compliance or telecom compliance

You’ll be responsible for: Handling complex compliance issues related to employment, sales, telecom, and tech privacy/security Finding and fixing leaks in the bucket as we maintain cash-flow neutrality Build out people-ops using 3rd party systems like Gusto and Lattice Maintain payroll and benefits administration using Gusto and Deel (virtually automated) Develop and manage budgets Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the monthly close process with little to no oversight via a 3rd party (at least for now)
