We're hiring across engineering and design to help democratize AI development:
- Applied AI Engineer - Build production RAG pipelines, agent memory systems, and multi-step tool-using agents - Backend Engineer - Design real-time execution infrastructure and LLM orchestration systems - Frontend Engineer - Build multiplayer IDE with real-time collaboration (Google Docs meets VSCode) - Full Stack Engineer - End-to-end development of our AI development platform - Growth Engineer - Build viral tools and optimize conversion across the user journey - ex-CTO (70% IC work) - Own "GitHub for AI" project from zero to thriving community - ex-YC founder - Help define the natural language AI development category
- Product Designer - Design end-to-end flows for AI agent creation and deployment - Brand Designer - Craft brand that conveys both reliability and magic for AI tools - Head of Content - Own video production, motion graphics, and educational content (Johnny Harris style)
Culture: In-person team (5 days/week) in our Presidio office 70m from the beach, complete with gym, sauna, wind/kite surfing rack, pizza, beer, and crossbow competitions.
Requirements: All roles require SF Bay Area presence or willingness to relocate. US work authorization required (O-1 visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates).
