Memfault is growing our Business Development team. This is a unique opportunity to join the growth organization at a fast-paced growing startup in the IoT space. You will help grow our business by finding relevant prospects and working with our sales and marketing team to bring them on as customers.

You will:

  • Create qualified meetings and sales accepted opportunities with net new customers in the Enterprise segment (1,000 employees and above)
  • Lead account planning efforts and create in-depth account plans for top focus accounts
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
  • Collaborate with BDR leadership, peers, marketing, and sales teams to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
  • Meet or exceed BDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Hubspot
  • Work to have a variety of touches (call, email, social, etc.) on all prospects in your assigned territory using Hubspot Prospecting Tool
  • Attend field marketing events to engage with participants, identify opportunities, and schedule meetings

  • Have prior experience working Enterprise accounts

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in developer tooling
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Interest or experience in highly technical subject matter
